In association with Polygon, the development company for the multi-family housing in Sunstone, Morningstar Homes have built three neighbourhoods of single family homes to complement the master-planned community. A mix of Georgian, Tudor and West Coast Craftsman architecture adds a nice mix of character to the sought-after neighbourhood.

Terella
The first detached homes built in Sunstone by Morningstar, Terella homes back on to a ‘green belt’, ensuring no future development directly behind these single family homes.The 26 four bedroom homes feature granite, hardwood, Italian tile and a fenced back yard. Homes range in size from 2300 to nearly 2600 sq ft with four distinct floor plans. Terella homes are located on the west side of 84th Avenue in North Delta, close to schools and with easy access to major routes and all amenities available in North Delta.

North Pointe
North Pointe is the second phase of detached family homes built by Morningstar in the vibrant master-planned community of Sunstone. 55 two storey homes designed in distinctive architectural styles ensures there is no risk of the neighbourhood looking generic. South Pointe

Working in collaboration with Delta City bylaws, Morningstar Homes was granted the authorization to include full, unfinished basements in South Pointe homes.
